Holden's Tricks...

So first, Holden's sneaky new trick was to get over to the coffee table....

get himself situated....

and stand up. all by himself!






But now...

He thinks it's way more fun to crawl all the way over
to the tall kitchen table and chairs and stand up!

And eat the chair.

Mommy's Helpers

So not only did they "help" Daddy when he lowered the crib, Holden and Indiana also like to "help" Mommy when she folds clothes. And by "help" I, of course, mean "lay on" and "crawl over" all the folded clothes :)

Sweet Summertime

Daddy was grilling dinner the other night and Holden and Mommy went outside to play and keep him company. Holden loves to sit in/crawl in/pull up the grass. He is so much fun to take outside. He's such a happy boy and he always has a good time!

Daddy's Helpers

So since Holden pulls himself up so well now, it was time to lower the crib again. And Holden and Indiana decided to "help" Daddy :)

Scootin' Machine

So I put Holden down in the middle of the living room to "play toys" for a little bit and he was making so much noise I looked over. And found him all the way across the room, around the couch, almost to the kitchen with me! Just practicing learning to crawl, I guess. It sure surprised me, though! I asked him what he was doing all the way over here and he just smiled at Mommy. Stinker was definitely proud of himself... :)

Surprise, Mommy!

I went in to get Holden up this morning, and when I opened the door, he was standing in his crib looking at me! I knew he could get himself up to sitting in his crib, but I didn't realize he could already pull himself up to standing all by himself! Mommy was definitely surprised. And Holden was definitely happy with himself :) Already time to lower it again, I guess!
